Step three is probably the most exciting step to talk about for most businesses, and rightly so! Matt has been labeled as a marketing “Rain Maker” by many of his clients. During step three, Matt will discuss ways that you can affordably increase the amount of eyes and ears reviewing your free offer and USP.
Unleashing the marketing arsenal is FUN! As a business owner, it is exciting to come into the office and feel the positive morale because your sales people have more leads than they can call in a single day! It is great to see your revenues climb, and finally feel your business pull off the ground. However, the reason step three works so well is because we invested in step one and two.
Granted, many clients want to simply jump to step three and hire us to do “SEO” or fix their “PPC” or even create a landing page for leads. But since we know exactly what your target market is looking for (research from step one – USP), and we are measuring our lead generation (Platforms & Offers – Step two), we typically see an increase in lead generation by as much as 300% or higher. By failing to pay close attention to step one and two, this increase in lead generation would be dramatically altered. In other words, because we’ve prepared the ground work by defining your market, media, and message you’re going to get three times as many leads without spending a penny more on marketing. The best news is that it is all, 100% accountable marketing!

You might be feeling a little overwhelmed at this point. However, during your onsite consultation, Matt will ask you questions about your marketing budget and past performance using certain methods. The marketing arsenal (step three) is typically discussed on the first 5 hours of day 2 of your onsite consultation. Your marketing plan will include “arsenal” weapons that are within your budget and also suggested changes to your marketing budget to increase revenues.
Please keep in mind that every business is different and has a different marketing budget. Because your business is unique, Matt will suggest obvious marketing methods that your company can complete quickly (Low Hanging Fruit) to allow you to have the fastest ROI for your efforts.
The bulk of step three will be listed in your detailed marketing plan which will be delivered within 15 days from your onsite consultation. Our marketing plans are written to help you grow your sales, not pad our wallets. Each marketing plan is based on what Matt feels is best for each client, even if the work may be out of scope for LMS.
When your marketing plan is delivered, it will contain an attachment for the estimated cost for each project from Law Marketing Systems as we are a full service marketing agency with an emphasis on online marketing. Please note that the goal of the marketing plan is not to retain services for our firm, but to educate you on what is best for your business. We gladly encourage all companies to complete marketing plan tasks in house with their respective staff members.
Should you wish to have us fulfill a part of the marketing or all of the marketing on your plan, a detailed proposal will be written that is separate from the marketing plan with pricing, deadlines, and milestones.
The last step of the marketing method is to set up the automation for your business. Click here to move on to step four and learn how automation is the key for stabilized growth.
